Dimension Colours

Wow, great piece of software.
I am having difficulty setting the default dimension colour - I prefer just a black colour for dimensions and the default on my setup appears to be green.
I know I can change it once the dimension has been drawn, I would simply prefer it to be set by default.
I have looked in layers, system colours, dimension styles.

What version do you use?
By default, dimensions are put on "Dimensions" layer, which has green colour. Dimension colour is set to ByLayer, so they also become green. You can change the layer's colour to any other, or change settings not to put
new dimensions on the particular layer - use PARAMS command or menu Service-Design (name may differ, I use Russian locale), Symbols - Dimensions.
