I did some work in model then when I returned to one of the layouts it was all grey. Drawing and all viewports just disappeared.

it's impossible to understand what happened without the drawing file. Please attach it here, or send me to personal messages, or to our Support Center support@nanocad.com.
What version of nanoCAD do you use?

Try to update video driver. Then, if that doesn't help, try to change graphics settings in NC - choose DX/OpenGL, try to uncheck antialiasing.
