Printing problem with Hp500 plotter

I have a printing problem.
If I run the print to my Hp500 plotter nothing happens, nothing prints, no indication
(from autocad print)
and yet the printer is seen by the program .. you can configure the
sheet, but also in the preview stage is given: not available.

Hello there I am Jon, please help me with a proper solution against problem with HP Designjet T520 printer. I have been using this printer for a long time. This is a very great printer. But the only issue is that sometimes this printer cants able to connect with the wifi. Please solve this with a proper solution.
