Is it possible to set relative to last segment angle tracking during drawing a line?
By default when polar coordinates are chosen angle is specified from the polar axis which is paralel to x axis.

relative to any object - no, but you can set custom tracking angle: right click on POLAR in status bar - Set custom angle.
Also you can specify the length and angle of new line segment relative to the last segment: @length<angle.
nanoCAD Plus 8 supports dynamic input, you can set the desired angle.

writing: angle relative to last segment I meant situation like on attached picture. Is it possible draw in this way?
