Hello John,
1 - place the file with your font to C:\ProgramData\Nanosoft\nanoCAD Int 5.0\shx folder.
2- send me one of these files, please

Sorry, I typed incorrectly.
You should delete your old image file (empleos.jpg) from the folder (I suppose, that is C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\2650 THEOLOG SAR1), then download attached (empleos.png) to this folder.
Then open your drawing in nanoCAD, call EXTERNALREFERENCES dialog. Select the image, then click "Open From" and specify new file.
About your font. It is based on wgsimpl.shx font file. nanoCAD doesn't have this file and substitutes it to txt.shx, which can't see Greek symbols.
Try to open Text Style dialog and substitute this font to CS_Gost2304.shx, save the file and reopen it.
