3D views in nano CAD

Hello,
I just started working with this program and I am wondering how to create something like this in nanoCAD (attachment)? Is it possible ? Is there any manual for this program ? I want to spend sometime to learn it but I cannot find any instructions. Most of them are for AutoCAD.

Hello,
nanoCAD 5 is 2D editor, not 3D. It can views 3D models created in another software, but not create. In our plans is nanoCAD Pro 7 with some 3D creation and editing commands.
User Guide in PDF format can be found in \HELP subfolder.
