Oval

Not sure if this subject has been discussed before but I can't seem to find it.
Is there a way to draw ovals or ellipses with NanoCad?
The only method I've found that sort of works is to draw two circles, connect the with lines at the tangent then draw arcs to the tangents, then delete the circles. Though this method is always a little clunky and results in a "square" oval.
Is this really the best way to accomplish an oval?
Thanks for the help.
