Format windows and reinstal nanocad

Hello everyone ,
I formatted the computer and i have to reinstall nanocad but i can not download it because i get this message:
"All your nanoCAD 5.0: (2000 ) licenses are now expired."
How do I solve ?

I'd found your serial numbers now.
Your license for nanoCAD 5.0 is permanent, so you can download nanoCAD and register it using your old SN.
