is Mechanica is about to replace - or to be the next evolution - of Nanocad, or is it a different product..?

After instaling NanoCad Mechanical beta & attempting to register, I get this response from licensing service:
Initializing...
Connecting to License Server...

License file request failed
Reason: Incorrect user or password [i can sign on to "my account" with user & password]

Please contact customer support [can see no way to contact customer support]
to get license file

I tried to get license file by emailing information, but that route was stymied by a SPAM refusal from either my ISP or your ISP.

I am stuck.
how can i complete the installation?
