nanocad crash

Dear all,
my nanocad (32 bit version free) installed on win xp, crashes on startup when uploading any dwg file.
Can anyone suggest me the solution?

Hello Angelo,
your should send blackbox.log from program folder( or Temp folder, depending your Windows version and user rights ) and et_crach.log from BIN folder to support@nanocad.com. They should helps you.
