Fatal error when saving a project

Hi,
I have problem with one of my project,
When I want to save this project, the proces of saving stop on 98% and nothing happens, when I want to close project and it ask me if I want to save it's doing the same (stop on 98%).
After that it shows me "Fatal Error" with description
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Fault Module Name: TD_Ge_csd.dll
anyone have the same problem (or solution to solve this problem ?)
I have to add that if I want to copy layer from this project to new one, it happens again

I had checked your file.
Use AUDIT and PURGE commands before saving the project, it should help you.

Thanks a lot, right now it works normally.
I dont know where exacly was created this file, but I think it was AutoCAD
