Selection of a group of objects performed using a rectangular selection area behave wrong on blocks.

Step to produce

1. select the half area of first rectangle block using left to right selection with window, full block seleted.
2. Expected behavoiur is none should be selected.

This happens because drag/move handle inside selection window.

This happens when you select at least one object of block entirely, for example text.
The bug will be fixed in new version.
