BUG - WBLOCK saves wrong file format
Aysberg 02 Jul 2014
Hi, I am using nanoCAD in my visualisation workflow. I am selecting parts of a CAD document and save them quickly via WBLOCK to import the file in 3ds Max (currently 2009).
Problem - The file format box in the wblock save dialog seems to have no functionality. All files are saved in AutoCAD 2013 version. Which I am not able to directly load in Max.
Workaround - I reopen the saved block and save it again with the "save as" and correct version of the file format.
I am using nanoCAD 5.0.2520.1471.

Hello,
click the "..." button, then you can select the path and file format.

That's what I am doing, pressing "...", choosing the fileformat and pressing save, but to no avail. It's still AutoCAD 2013 which can't be opened by Max 2009. If I open the file in an editor it always starts with AC1027, which is the above mentioned AutoCAD 2013 dwg format. Using "save as" via the file menu saves the correct format.
I can replicate this behavior on other machines.

Maybe the EXPORT command will help you now.
Select the block, write EXPORT and tick there "Selection Only"
