when i print to pdf, some specific lines of a blocked object disappear. I attach some pics to show you exactly what i mean.

There might be different reasons for such behaviour.
You can open Layer manager and check if everithing you want to plot is set as plottable, or try to EXPLODE blocks and explore it, maybe something here isn't set as plottable.
Then you can try to set all into one layer (plottable), or change color of objects.
What is on preview before plotting - are there all lines, or they already disappeare?

I found the solution. It was my mistake that when I wanted to print pdf, I used to choose print to pdf and not internal pdf plotter.
