I am using NanoCAD 5 (the free version) and recently I started to not being able to open dwg files by double clicking them. NanoCAD opens but dwg file does not load. Additionally NanoCAD itself loads a little bit longer in comparision to when file loads correctly. It happened several times already, each time requires reinstall for the NanoCAD to work properly again. I was able to check that problem starts (at least in this case) after changing keybind for rotating elements from "ctrl + e" to "ctrl + r". Bringing back the keybind to "ctrl + e" does not work.

Hello Filip,
you can try to clean your registry:
- Close nanoCAD
- call REGEDIT in windows command line
- open HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> Nanosoft AS
- delete folder nanoCAD Int
- open nanoCAD

Hi, thanks for answer. At the moment, for some reason, NanoCAD works correctly. When I wrote that changing keybind of rotate tool breaks it, after I changed it by hand to original keybind Nanocad started to work correctly soon after. I later checked deleting rotate keybind, changing it again to other keybind and assigning keybind to mirror tool (as I also use it through keybind). None of those things broke NanoCAD again, which is strange giving previous reason why it broke. Currently I am able to open files with no problem. When problem shows up again I will try your solution though. Again, thanks for answer.
