Network license server error

Hi I get error 1067 when I try to start license server on my computer. It was working fine some days ago.
The name of the computer can have bin changed
how can I get it started again

What version on NanoCAD are you using?
Why name of PC might changed - was OS reinstalled, or totally upgraded to some newer version like win10 to win11?
