Can someone tell me how I can disable these "snap ghost crosses"? Thanks!

Sorry, it's not clear what crosses do you mean.
What version of NanoCAD are you working with?
Maybe turning off OSNAP (at the bottom), or customizing it will help?
To customize call for context menu by clicking right mouse button.
