How to set custom measurement/symbol scale

If you need to set measurement or symbol scale, that is not available on standard options, for example - 1:25, then:
1. Call command: PARAMS
2. In appeared window open: "Main options" -> "Design"
3. There you can input in "Drawing scale" (which is "Symbol scale actually) or in "Model scale" (which is "Measurement scale) required value "1:25". You can input it as it is -> 1:25.
