How to change the UCS from World to a spec...

1. Call command "UCS" in command line.
2. Select "Object" in suggested variants.
3. Select your object (for example - a line) to set it as a base to your UCS.
4. To get back to World UCS simply call command UCS again and select "World".
It's also available in Graphic User Interface:
1. Select "View" tab in ribbon.
2. Select "Set UCS by object" in "Coordinates" .
3. Select your object (for example - a line) as this base object.
