Text style out of scale

Hi,
we use Nanocad in company where I'm working. We have some old DWGs and when we open them all texts are out of scale or in wrong position. I attach an image:
I removed all company part but it's clearly visible the issue we are encounter. All the time, we need to change the width of the texts, for every single text. It's really impossible sometimes. Recently, I found my colleague can open all DWGs without issues, all texts are correct in his PC. I tried to copy configuration from his Nanocad but it didn't work. Could you help us with this issue? Thanks.

Hello.
Can you, please, also check, if you have the same fonts installed on your PC as your collegue has.
NanoCAD shx fonts usually storing here: C:\ProgramData\Nanosoft\nanoCAD <version>\shx
Also NanoCAD uses ttf fonts that are storing in your OS.
When you open new file - what log can you see above command line?
