Can you make lamp light effect / flashligh...

Hi I am working on a drawing where I have some table lamps in the drawing, but there is some light effect missing from them so they will look realistic. Can you make this effect via Solid edition - face? I have tried, but the only thing you can choose under solid edition is face, edge or body and under face you can only choose color or copy. I would like there to be an option called effect under face, such as you could make something that looked like a glow from the 3d box.
Can this be done in the new version that I am currently testing?

Hi!
Have you tried "editing light source" functionality?
It described in NanoCAD help: 3D modeling and Visualisation - Light Sources.
Function itself is waiting in: View - Render - Create light.
It's kinda sophisticated instrument and I would highly recommend to read Help first, it has wide explanation.
If I misunderstood you message, please, let know, so we'll try to find appropriate solution.

Hi Artemio
Thanks for your reply.
I have tried inserting spotlights, but it only affects my entire drawing and not just the 3D block I wanted to work with and of different degrees, colors, incentives and propagation of the light.
What I am looking for is to be able to make, for example, an LED light chain of square 3D blocks and possibly point to the sides of the blocks and choose they should be "luminous" no matter what color I give them. Please see the attached file.

Thanks. Finally get it (hope so). Created request to developers (#40302).
It might be good feature.
