Does nanoCAD have an apps store like AutoCAD and Bricscad?

Not yet.
But product is growing and evolving, and who knows.
If you need NanoCAD on MAC just now, maybe parallels helps?

I have been using Desktop Parallels to run nanocad on Windows 7 32bit but I had performance problems because of the 32bit system. It might be worth trying WINE as well.
