Hi. I want to change the OSNAP settings for a single operation without messing up my normal settings. I read in the Help file that I can use a one-time object snap. It's also described in this post.

Unfortunately I can't get it to work. I tried shift + right-click on the OSNAP button. Also control + right-click on the OSNAP button.

All it shows is my normal OSNAP settings, rather than the temporary one-off settings. If I change the settings it stays changed permanently.

Can someone please tell me how to use this one time OSNAP.

I'm using nanoCAD V5.0.2520.1471

Since nobody is talking to me, I managed to find out for myself what I was doing wrong. It's nothing to do with the OSNAP button. Ignore that and proceed as follows.

In the middle of drawing an object you can change to a specific type of OSNAP for a single occasion. As soon as you have done it the OSNAP settings revert to their previous values.

Just do Shift+Rightclick or Ctrl+Rightclick anywhere in the drawing and select the OSNAP you want from the menu that pops up.
