DXF Not Opening

Hello,
I'm having problems opening a dxf in nanoCAD 5 software. I'm able to open the same file in CAM350 though. Does anyone know what my problem may be? I've attached the file in case someone would like to try and open it with nanoCAD 5. Actually there are two files I can't open.

The files are too new a version for NanoCad free. I think 2010 is the last supported version.
I use Autodesk DWG TrueView to convert DWGs to an older version that Nanocad can open, but it won't convert DXF!
