text explode - smooth outlines

Hello!
im having problems with text explode in Nanocad plus.
what i need is all the round letters( a,o,etc...") to have smooth
outlines after exploding text.Need to be able to use any font, explode it, then
implement in lasercuting, engraving etc.
right now, letters look like this :
outlines are choppy.
what i want is this, smooth outlines :
how can i fix this in nanocad plus ?
i know that you could select 2D polylines and set Smooth/Fit property to quadratic or cubic but then the overall shape of
letter changes aswell...
