I am trying to copy/paste aligned dimensions in nanoCAD 5. The original dimension operates as an aligned dimension but when I do a copy/paste, the dimension operates as a rotated dimension (the dimension will not rotate with the object)! It would be very convenient to copy/paste as I find it quicker than other methods.

I have attached screenshots of the problems I am running into.

Is there any way to fix this?

Thank you for any and all help,
KewlGuy

Hello,
I do not believe this is possible.

Aligned dimensions are actually dimensions with a rotation.
They are not aligned dimensions as in Autocad where you can move the point of attachment of the dimension.

Possibly by turning the object with its dimension ...
