nanocad pro v11 to 20 update

i am wondering if i own nanocad 11 and i want to upgrade it to 20, should i uninstall nanocad 11 first?

I am using this forum topic as all attempts to contact "NanoCADsupport.com" have failed; (emails returned).
I ordered Nanocad20 Pro as a renewal of my NanoCAD11pro. licence. I obviously misread the price of this update and I finished up with a licence for NanoCAD 20 plus.
That is all history, but what I would like is a NanoCAD11pro licence. This raise two questions:
can I still get a licence for NanoCAD11pro
if I can, can you tell me how much extra is such a licence.
