Costumize user interface

Hello everyone, I want a help if someone here on the forum can help. I have a file, "library.cuix", which I left it customized in the drop-down menu. In autocad I activate it through the customize panel. Well I'm having trouble adding this library through the panel customize user interface of NanoCad Pro 20. Thank you very much!!
