Register / Activate / Licence ... I'...

I'm new to NanoCAD. This is my first post.

My intention is to try it out and see if it's the right CAD package for me.
I read that it's free in demo mode indefinitely but waterstamps output, which is quite fine for demonstration, while I test it out.
In order to download v.11 Plus, I was asked to Register with an email which I did and got a key code and a user password

After installing, I skipped registration - activation splash screen on starting the program a couple of times. Besides I was thinking I would need to purchase to Activate (but wondered what the difference between Register/Activate was and whether I should just do a registration). The Demo Prompt showed up during saves every time.

I decided to try to Register though I was not sure what I should do during the Activation, since I have not purchased a license what would I be activating?
I followed the prompt screen when starting up NanoCAD and begun the process
  • I Registered with my email and keycode
  • Next instead of an activation procedure, as the process was titled, I was prompted to acquire a license
I got a license over the internet (one of the 3 options internet / email / file)
After this when I restarted NanoCAD I was told I have 28 days left in a new splash screen. I noticed when printing there is no watermark.
What happens after 28 days ? Does the program operate as demo with a watermark when printing? Does it stop working altogether?

The terms of Demo and limitations of free usage are not clear.
Can someone please clarify?

Btw, UNICODE does not work on the splash screen.

So I understand that free is NanoCAD 5, an old (2008?) and basic 32-bit version, while the current 11 Plus is for 1 month.
I wish it were more clear!

Free nanoCAD 5 was released in 2013.

nanoCAD Plus is paid with free trial 1-month period. Buy subscription in our Market: http://market.nanocad.com/
Program stops working when trial expires.
