unable to select lines/objects in DWG

Hi,
I have moved from Draftsight 2018 over to this software which appears really good and with a familiar interface.
I have a DWG created in Draftsight that opens fine in Nanocad 5 but i cannot select anything in it to modify it etc.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
Moving from one file from one software to another is never without problems. I have experienced this with Autocad, Draftsight and Nanocad (NC).
I would say that you should pass the file in dwg 2000 version or less with Draftsight (trial 30 days) and then re-read it with NC.
