The internal dwf & dwfx plotter seems to be plotting lineweights at about .050". They are set to .018" in the layer palette and the plotting style .ctb has those colors as set to plot lineweights 'using object lineweight'. There is no issue plotting.

The internal tif, emf, & pdf plotters, as well as all external physical printers all plot the correct lineweights, it's just something involved with the dwf(x) plotters.
