nanoCAD forum

I recently renewed my subscription of Nanocad Plus ver 10 x 64 and chose for an upgrade to version 11. However when I accessed the download files, version 11 was not on the list and I ended up re-installing version 10 x 64. The serial number I received appears to be specific to version 11 and now it does not recognize this serial number during installation.

Any tips or advice please?
