Toolbar Icon Sizes

Hello,
I am using Nanocad 8 on a Yoga Pro 3 for when I work in client offices. It has a 13.5" screen with a very high 3000 x 1800 resolution.
Is there any way to resize the icons in the toolbars and menus as they are extrmely small and hard to see on this laptop.
Note; it is not practical to change the screen resolution to say 1980 x 1080 as the larger resolution works great for all other programs on the PC.
Is there an option I can't find?
Thanks
Dan Raymond
