Being old school the program I was using allowed me to pick a point then type in the actual dimension in feet and inches, (ie: 50' 9"). How do I do this with Nanocad? Some of the Dwngs I am making are 1000' X 750' Thanks for any help you can give this old man.

Hello,
you can set units format to feet and inches in Format - Units dialog
![Attached Image](https://forum.nanocad.com/uploads/monthly_01_2013/post-2-0-19540700-1359557556_thumb.jpg)
Then all coordinates and distances in Inspector will be shown in inches

You can drow objects using these units using distances, for example line with length 50'9".
Command: line
Specify first point: 0,0
Specify next point: 50'9"
Specify next point or [Undo/]:
It seems that there are some problems with entering coordinates in command line, but it's possible to use Inspector. I sent bug report to Support, hope it will be fixed in future releases.
Best regards,
Seva.
