increase number of segments for 3D fillet...

I have been making a fin tube radiator / draft stop. One thing that is driving me nuts is the lack of an option to increase the number of segements when I use the 3D fillet command.
I have a 1/4" radius and Nanocad proceeds to render this in 3 segments. Then I used an extrusion that cut using a radius, that created the smooth arc on the parametric 3D solid, but as soon as I used that solid in a 3D array all the copied solids showed with a 3 segement arc.
See attached picture, notice how the upper 3D solid has a nice smooth curve, all the other solids were created using 3D array and these rendered with the low count radius arc
