Is there a way to export an existing layout to a separate model dwg file?

Hello Gabriele,
there is no special command, but you can select all objects in layout, call Export with "Selection only" mode.
Works in Plus, Pro.

With the export comand, I only get the objects drawn in the layout, but the content of the viewports doesn't export.
Any other clue?
Thanks

viewport is like reference to the Model Space, it just displays model, but doesn't contain them.
Of course, if you export viewport without content objects, they are not exported.
I think, you can just copy objects to the layout, then export.
For what do you need this option?

I'm working on a project where the commitent requires single dwg files for each drawing, but I'm working with a lot of layers overlapped to switch off in certain layouts, this is the reason why it's difficult to copy objects to layout.
Maybe I could try with some lisp code...
