I have to believe this must have been addressed before but I cannot find it. I am experimenting with NanoCad to replace AutoCad. I am trying to place a dimension between the endpoints of 2 lines. I click on the horizontal dimension button but it does not allow me to select the end point. If I click on the line I get the aligned dimension of that line. I just need to be able to select points.
The drawing was originally created in AutoCad if that makes any difference.

Hello Donn,
what version of nanoCAD do you use? Make sure that Endpoint snap is selected.

Version 5.0.2520.1471 Endpoint snap is on. I've also tried SHIFT+right click to select endpoint. It won't let me select the endpoint, only the line. I need to place a horizontal dimension between the endpoints of two lines.
