I'm getting problem while loading file, the program was stop working and suddenly closed.
The program also fail to load file ( by directly click on file ) with notes: there was a problem sending the command to the program.
How to fix this problem?

Hi,
I'm getting problem while loading file, the program was stop working and suddenly closed.
