Hi,
I reinstalled Win 8.1 on my laptop and now can't activate NanoCAD 5 from .lic file by option "Manually activate licence file". After choose this option and set the path, Registration Wizard show window with message "All done - Thank you for choosing Nanosoft applications" but after next start of nanoCAD 5 the window shows again with the sentence "Activation is needed", over and over again. Also activation trying via serial number (request licences file online) doesn't work - result: "The license limit for this serial number of the product requested by you is exhausted". All Hardware is the same like before (including SSD). I don't understand this situation. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Regards,
Janusz

1. Total uninstal older version. (https://forum.nanoca...anocad-from-pc/)
2. Download new version (https://nanocad.com/...s/nanocad-free/)
3. Get new license in your private cabinet (If you did this not so far, then try it, if it's not working, then get new one)
4. Register your new version.
Nanocad Free is still free.
But new license is valid for a year. Old licenses deprecated.
After a year you should request for a new one, expected to be free too.
