First, I really enjoy using NC.
When I try to plot a dwg, my HP Officejet Pro K8600 will stop with an " out of paper" message. The print file will load into the printer, but that is the end of it. Am I missing something here?
Thanks.

Hello,
check paper format in Plot dialog and Page Setup Manager just right before printing - after you hat set paper format in printer properties dialog - program ask printer driver is this format OK. If tere are no answer or incorrect ansver - nanoCAD will set paper format to default ( usually A4 ). If printer is loaded with Legal paper - it will report error.
Can you set option Print to file and check - is file seved.
You can send file to me and I'll try to check. I have no HP Officejet K8600 but have 2 HPs, Epson. and Canon.
Best regards,
Seva.

Thank you for your response.
I made sure to have the paper size checked. The file print worked fine.
Where do you I send the file to?
Thanks again.
Richard.

Found the printing problem!
The suport team conclution was that it could only be a paper size problem.
So it was. If I choose "letter " size, it does not print. With any other size I tried it is working, now I am just using A4 if I want a letter size print.
I like the software! For me it is a very good alternative to A-CAD.
