nanoCAD has ATTEXT command, you can learn about it in detail in Help.

Thank you for the reply.
I am not quite sure how to do this.In autocad there is a command data extraction and it is exactly what I need.I have electrical symbols with defined attributes and I need those extracted in order to make specification for material and cost.I need this to be exported as text file and to be able to import that file in excel.Do you know how to this?Or maybe there is a lisp routine I could use?
