Can't Get Licence

When I tried the download link for NanoCAD 5 in the email, I got this error...

Unhandled exception: Cant get SN by ProductID: 9

I also didn't get the second email with the password and serial number.

I found a link to download directly in a post in the FAQ section of the forum, so used that, and then tried to get a serial number during installation. It asked me for my name and email, and I got the same error as above when I clicked the Get License button.

I managed to get a password by resetting via the web site and getting a new one in email. When I log in and look at my account info, I have no subscriptions and no licence registrations.

How do I get a serial number?

Hi,
we had some problems with license database. Now problems solved, use the link from email again.
