Cannot rennew nanoCad5 - license not installed

Tried to rennew nanocad by Support email - but this gets always an error:

Hello Handsteiner,

it seems to be some problems with our mail-server, we are moving to another data center. Send me your serial number to PM and I'll change your license to permanent.
