When i try to offset a construction line nothing happens or it goes to the wrong side. Any idea?

this is bug in nanoCAd 5, it is fixed in Plus versions.

I am running Plus 7 and am having this problem too. Also, when I offset a pline, the new pline has been exploded. any ideas?
