What command to choose for showing leader arrows [Qleader] natively in autocad file send ?

nanoCAD uses slightly different system of leaders, I think nearest object in nanoCAD is "Note for Multilayered constructions" - menu Draw - Notes - Note for Multilayered constructions, but in AutoCAD this object will be shown as proxy-graphics.

Clients is having other auto cad alternative softwares [like nanocad as alernative] that doesn't have proxy objects support. This will not show in there system.

If there exsists an option to add quick leader, it will be very helpful.
