Hello,
It's not possible to draw real 3D polyline object.
If you need to draw a polyline parallel to the XY plane: draw the Polyline, then change the Elevation in Inspector window.
If you need to draw a set of lines segments in 3D: draw the Line, specifying points by XYZ coordinates in the command line.
If you need to draw a set of points in 3D: draw points by coordinates in the command line. But then you couldn't connect them to 3d-line.

Thank you for your quick answer.
I saw that nanoCAD can read and recognize *.dwg files with 3d polylines ( made from another Cad Program).
I hope in the next versions od nanoCAD will be able to draw 3d polylines
