I recently had a hardisk failure and lost all my configuration files. Does anyone know if there is a guide or check list for setting up nanocad? I'm needing to set up my default fonts and text sizes, plot layouts, preferences for dimensioning (style, font, text size), default locations for configuration files, back ups etc. It takes a lot of time find all the information!!

Hello Lee,
if I'm not mistaken, there is no such guide yet.
Maybe this information will be helpful:
- to transfer user interface use UIIMPORT and UIEXPORT: Tuning nanoCAD. Transferring user interface settings
- you can specify settings like text styles, dimension styles etc in template and then use this template as default for new drawings. It might be easily transfered: Working With Documents. Template Usage (nanocad.com)
- you can find some files like Plot styles, Template files etc by calling command OPTIONS and then open tree with "Default directories": Tuning nanoCAD. Tuning program parameters. Download Freeware CAD
- there is possibility to save current profile settings (OPTIONS) and share them among same version platform: Tuning nanoCAD. Profiles. Free CAD program
