I just wonder if nanoCAD works with those compiled LISP files (.vlx), and if yes, how could I make it work.
Couldn't find anything about it by myself.

If I'm not mistaken, then it works with .lsp and .mnl files.
I get this information from User Guide (C:\Program Files\Nanosoft AS\nanoCAD <your current version, for example - x64 23.0>\help) section "Command scripts and extensions" -> "Software extensions" -> "Working with LISP-Applications".
