Aligned dimensions not working

I am using NanoCAD 23, aligned dimensions not working, whether I select from the ribbon menu, the case menu (right click) or the command parameter options, I always get a rotated dimension instead

I've just tried and aligned dimension work as it should.
What do you mean by "rotated dimension", I can't find it?
Could you, please, describe your steps?
