Can't display less than whole inches

Hello all,

Free nanocad v 5.0.2520

I've gone into dimension styles and set all the styles! to architectural and to display fractions of inches, but it doesn't seem to work. Also, I'd like to be able to have dimensions of less than two feet be displayed as inches only - no feet - but I can't do this as well.

Any help would be much appreciated.
